THE NOBLEST BLOOD,

was formed in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands by vocalist Vital Welten on July 1st 2011. Vital Welten has carved out a considerable and esteemed catalogue of work with other musical concerns such as GODEN, SACRAMENTAL SACHEM and FUELBLOODED.

THE NOBLEST BLOOD were initially known as ARCHAIC AVERNO. But due to constant line-up changes and problems with pronouncing the bands’ name by fans and media Vital Welten decided to change the bands' name into an easier and much stronger name.

ARCHAIC AVERNO was set to debut as a five piece concern with the 2011 full length album “One Hell Of A Monster”. This album would not see distribution in the original form though because of several line-up changes. A second attempt to distribute a part of these tracks will emerge as the first public airing of THE NOBLEST BLOOD. “Monster EP” was set to be released late 2012. Due to the next complete line-up change at the end of 2012 this EP was postponed for distribution once again.

THE NOBLEST BLOODs' line-up was augmented by guitarplayers Zdenek Pastorek (ex-MEMORIA/LIVE EVIL) and Guy Tar, bassplayer Bas Plukker and Dee Rummer on drums. Stylistically THE NOBLEST BLOOD persues a narrow path of Swedish styled Death Metal, laden with diverse other styles, shred and melodic solo's, grunts, raw and clean vocals though uncompromising and catchy at the same time.

The individual band members consolidate an astonishing studio and stage experience in this band. THE NOBLEST BLOOD band members were involved in more than 15 DEMO/PROMO/CD recordings and shared stages with bands such as; Arch Enemy, Destruction, Hammercult, Izegrim, Leng T'che, Malevolent Creation, Pleurisy, Textures, The Haunted, and toured The Netherlands, Germany and the UK with bands such as; Darkane, Detonation, Nile and Yyrkoon amongst others.
